Our house overlooks Sheephaven Bay, and comprises of :-

• Living room with a double and 3 seater sofas, TV with Sky box (BBC, UTV, RTE etc, no premium channels), open fire

• Free wifi

• Downstairs Toilet

• Sunroom with table and 5 chairs + 2 relaxing armchairs, with door to decking

• Kitchen with table and chairs for 4, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine

• Separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer

• Downstairs double bedroom with ensuite - (can sleep 2)

• Downstairs triple bunk beds (double and single) - (can sleep 3)

• Upstairs bedroom with 1 x double bed and 1 x single day bed with 2 mattresses - (can sleep 4)

• Upstairs bedroom with 1 x double bed with ensuite - (can sleep 2)

• Upstairs bathroom with shower and bath

• Large outside decking, south-facing with table and 6 chairs and 4 tub chairs

• Lawn to front and rear
