Downings is a seaside village located on the famous Wild Atlantic way, near Carrigart in Co.Donegal. Blessed with beautiful beaches and world class golf links, it is the ideal spot for a get-away-from-it all holiday. From the blue flag beach, you can see across to the Ards Forest and Sheephaven bay. The village has several hotels/restaurants if you are looking for a bite to eat and the Harbour bar or the Singing pub if you enjoy a tipple!
There are lots of things to do in the area - golf, pitch & putt, footgolf, watersports, pony trekking & swimming pool to name but a few. There's also the Shandon Spa in Marble Hill 20 mins away and the beautiful Glenveagh Forest park is 30 mins away. There's something for everyone!
